| The service was fast, from booking an appointment to dropping the car, after sharing the requested information. The car was ready at the committed time and when I reached there, they explained to me the points mentioned in the report, one by one. Overall a very good experience with the Insurance inspection I opted for. However, I think the Child Car Seat being loose was unnecessarily added as a Seat belt issue in the report. Instead, they could have educated me the way they anyways did about how to tighten it further by pressing it with your knees and pulling the strap. It is not a part of the car and it was a quick fix. But now, it is in the report! |
